The Entitlement Group provides developer and builder intelligence reports and related services. Our reports include research on public government records, political intelligence, risk scoring using our proprietary DARI methodology, and analyst recommendations. TEG reports are intelligence products. They are not legal advice, financial advice, or guarantees of any outcome. The DARI score is a risk assessment based on publicly available data at the time of research. It is not a prediction of a specific outcome and should not be relied upon as one. Developers should consult qualified legal counsel for legal advice related to their specific situation.
All sales are final once research has begun. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that TEG will begin research upon receipt of your project intake information. If there is a factual error in your report we will correct it within 24 hours at no charge. If you are dissatisfied with a Scorecard we will offer a free revision on one section at our discretion.
TEG reports are delivered solely to the client who ordered them. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share your report with parties outside your organization without written permission from TEG. Reports are marked confidential for client use only.
The DARI scoring methodology, TEG prompt library, research framework, and all report templates are proprietary to The Entitlement Group and Southern View Development. You may not reproduce or commercialize TEG methodology without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law TEG and Southern View Development are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our reports or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific report.
TEG makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information in our reports. All research is conducted on publicly available sources and verified by a human analyst before delivery. However we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of public records and our reports reflect information available at the time of research. Political circumstances can change after a report is delivered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
